Introduction

To comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect on May 25th 2018 this is our Customer Privacy Notice to make you aware of how we use your personal data.
  
LCA Consulting LTD will only use the personal data you or your staff provide to us or have already given to us prior to 25th May 2018. Under the GDPR we keep your information on a legitimate basis, if you wish us to maintain our service, and this means that LCA Consulting Ltd can’t provide you with our service if we do not have access to your personal data. We collect basic personal data which includes names, addresses, email addresses, curriculum vitaes, Company VAT registration Numbers, Bank Details (for payment of invoices purposes only) which is stored in a secure location. We also hold information in our Accounts systems on a Legal basis to comply with current Tax Legislation and Company Law.


We need to know your personal data, (as listed above) in order to provide you with our services and any information on future Job Positions or IT Contractors which may arise and/or may suit each individual candidate/company. We would make contact to you or your company during normal business hours support, phone calls and emails of our service and options going forward. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not require to provide our services to you. We hold information in our accounts system necessary to process your accounts and invoices monthly and/or weekly.  

Under The current Tax Legislation and Irish Company Law – Our Company will be required to hold on file all financial accounts for tax purposes for 7 years. Those files prior to this time frame will be shredded and destroyed in a correct manner.  

All other information will be reviewed annually and removed if no longer required by LCA Consulting LTD.
 As an individual client of LCA Consulting Ltd please note your rights under the GDPR, are: 
a. The right to obtain details about how their data is processed by LCA Consulting.
b. The right to obtain copies of personal data that an LCA Consulting holds on you.
c. The right to have incorrect or incomplete data corrected or deleted.
d. The right to have their data erased by LCA, if LCA has no legitimate reason for retaining it.
e. The right to obtain their data from LCA and to have that data transmitted to another organisation.
f. The right to object to the processing of their data by LCA.
