My client
has a requirement for an experienced Sharepoint Solution Manager to join their
project.
The Service Owner (Service Owner/SO, sometimes
referred to as Product Manager) is the person accountable for the Service
across The SO is the single point of contact and must ensure that the Service
is well-balanced (business value vs. cost vs. quality), creates Service
Roadmaps and leads the change management of the Service.
The SO for O365 SharePoint drives the strategy and vision for the platform. The
role manages technical, functional and business requirements for the platform.
The role establishes and maintains partnerships among key stakeholders from
Business, local IT organization, implementation partner and Cloud service
provider to define the O365 SharePoint strategy and experience.
Tasks:
·The SO works directly with business owner to drive the O365 program from initiation through delivery.
·Work closely with program/process owners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy.
·Manage the SharePoint program and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.
·Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes
·Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Support business owners to drive the O365 program and multiple projects.
·Ensures daily operational support for O365 collaboration services on 2nd level and 3rd level support.
·Establish a service reporting for O365 Collaboration services and recommend service improvement.
Profile:
·Brings proven expertise of managing an O365 SharePoint platform from an IT/Admin standpoint.
