My client has a requirement for highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in computer science, extensive experience in leading digital transformation projects within the manufacturing industry, and exceptional skills in managing purchase to pay and order to cash processes, including complexities related to intercompany and toll manufacturing. This role demands a professional who is fluent in English and has intermediate proficiency in Dutch or German, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective strategies to optimize purchase to pay and order to cash processes, with a focus on intercompany and toll manufacturing scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, evaluate, and deploy digital solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough requirements analysis, project planning, and risk management to ensure the success of transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between the business and IT departments, facilitating clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of project experience in digital transformation projects within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of purchase to pay and order to cash processes, including nuances related to intercompany and toll manufacturing.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; intermediate proficiency in Dutch or German is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
